My address is wrong! How can I change my shipping address?
We do our very best to ship our items out quickly, so there is a limited amount of time where we can make any changes to an order before it completes processing. Please reach out to our chat agents during our business hours, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm PST, so we can help.
Sending in an e-mail is not advised, as it can take between 24-48 hours for your request to be seen and in that time your order may have already shipped. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes to the address.
